PyGanic® Gardening

For use on vegetables, fruit and nut trees, ornamental plants, and most livestock. Derived from the chrysanthemum Tanacetum cinerariaefolium grown in Kenya and Tasmania, pyrethrin is a botanical insecticide with low toxicity for humans and other vertebrates. PyGanic Gardening is a 1.4% pyrethrin formulation with a rapid knockdown and high kill rate for a wide range of pests, but with short environmental persistence; the toxic effects last only up to 2 days. For maximum efficacy, mix with ThermX™ 70, and apply in early morning or close to dusk. PyGanic may be applied to crops as late as 12 hours before harvest.

Effective against 100+ pests, including Colorado potato beetles, leafhoppers, cucumber beetles, flea beetles, bean beetles, weevils, mites, flies, stink bugs, caterpillars, loopers, gnats, aphids, and scales. This is a broad-spectrum insecticide; the results are not limited to pests, so apply it when and where beneficial insects are inactive.

Application rate: 1–1.4 fl oz in one gal of water to treat 1000 sq. ft. Please see pesticide label here. EPA reg. 1021-1771.
