This fine Porcelain type has large cloves and a medium bite. Like many of our favorite culinary garlics, it hails from the mountainous nation of Georgia. Similar in flavor to German Extra-Hardy or Music, though some folks find it superior. When eaten raw, a bit less bite than Georgian Fire. Stores well into winter.
Hardneck variety. 20-30 cloves per pound. Hardy in zones 3-8.
