Freely branching 8–10" plants. Impatiens is named for the way its seeds pop explosively out of their ripe pods. Thrives in shade and requires little care. Start indoors, need light so surface-sow, 70-80°, takes 14 days to germinate, provide even moisture, do not overfeed, set out after danger of frost. Pinch blooms before they go to seed for best display. Perennial in Zone 10, grown as an annual. ~1,100 seeds/g. ⑤

our garden seeds warehouse ship twice a week, usually
Tuesday and Thursday. For quickest turnaround
time order online by noon Monday or Wednesday.
We will not be fulfilling seed orders from May
20 - May 22 while we do physical inventory count. Orders
placed by Monday, May 19 at 10am will be shipped before
the break. We will resume normal order fulfillment on
