From early May through October 31, items shipping from our garden seeds warehouse ship twice a week, usually Tuesday and Thursday. For quickest turnaround time order online by noon Monday or Wednesday.

Columbines are an essential part of the cottage garden or border. Their delightful flowers in mixed colors bloom in spring and dance above attractive lobed leaves. Perennial, Zones 3-10.

Easy to grow, likes moist well-drained soil, sun or partial shade.

Growing Columbines from seed: Needs light to germinate; takes 3–4 weeks. ~600 seeds/g.
